I started training with Action Strength my Jr. year of high school. Action Strength is an intense training program that requires a large amount of physical and mental focus during workouts. Sessions are challenging but results are rapid. I noticed immediate improvement in my vertical leap and overall quickness in just the first week. The program is simple and easy to follow making it more likely to be done consistently. As my physical abilities improved with Action Strength so did my confidence and mental toughness. As difficult as some of the sessions where I never felt smoked afterwards but rather realigned, recharged and ready for anything!

I know Action Strength played a huge roll in me starting for USC four years in a row as well as making the United States National Volleyball Team.

 Action Strength is the most effective and unique training program I have ever been exposed to. I grew up playing many different sports and always enjoyed the physicality and challenges they presented. Once I got to high school I tried a year of football and played basketball with my friends but Baseball was my main focus. At the time my brother was playing varsity volleyball at JSerra Catholic High School and improving rapidly. When I asked what he was doing to improve he told me about a strength coach that teaches an old school conditioning program called Action Strength. After one training session I was sold!

 Workouts are short in duration yet high in intensity. Every session challenges you to improve your own limitations that act as parking brakes to your individual athleticism. Within just a few weeks of training with Brian and Action Strength my overall athletic performance skyrocketed on the baseball field. My speed, hitting power, defensive fielding and overall coordination seemed to improve daily.

 I am now a freshman at the University of Harvard. I have recently picked up rugby. In a very physical game I am always the smallest guy on the field. Thanks to Brian and the Action Strength program I can compete at a high level and most importantly stay free of injury. Thanks Action Strength.
